Our New Website

Frank Fluckiger – National Committee Chairman

Home page image I have been watching our new website being built — every time I visit the “sneak peek” page, I’m reminded how the Constitution Party is different from any other political party — in principle and practice.

The Tenth Amendment to the Constitution asserts:

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

I have been watching our new website being built — every time I visit the “sneak peek” page, I’m reminded how the Constitution Party is different from any other political party — in principle and practice.

The Tenth Amendment to the Constitution asserts:

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Our party platform clearly supports that idea:

“We pledge to be faithful to this constitutional requirement and to work methodically to restore to the States and to the people their rightful control over legislative, judicial, executive, and regulatory functions which are not constitutionally delegated to the federal government. We stand opposed to any regionalization of governments, at any level, which results in removal of decision-making powers from the people.”

Although the Second Amendment to the Constitution clearly states, “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringe,

”its meaning and application are under attack. Our party platform plainly states: “We oppose attempts to prohibit ownership of guns by law-abiding citizens, and stand against all laws which would require the registration of guns or ammunition. We call for the rescinding of all executive orders, the prohibition of any future executive orders, and the prohibition of treaty ratification which would in any way limit the right to keep and bear arms.”

In looking at our platform as posted on our new website, I have a new determination to get our message out to Americans:

• There are millions of pro-lifers who are tired of the Republican Party’s inconsistencies.

• There are millions of blue collar workers whose jobs are being sold by the Democrats in so-called “Free Trade” deals.

• There are millions of faith-based voters who are angry that there is no political resistance to the “gay marriage” lobby.

How can we reach them? Internet advertising has proven to be a God-send for the Constitution Party. We already have 2,000+ new people posting on our webpage, making links to our articles, etc. just from a few ads placed recently.

Now we have a new user-friendly website ready to launch — maybe in a week or ten days. It’s attractive, informative, and a symbol of our professionalism when it comes to political action.

It’s up to you to get it on line. We simply are running short of funds needed for the final steps necessary to publish it. That’s why I’m asking you for an immediate — urgent — donation of $25, $35, $50 or more. The sooner it is on line, the faster we will grow. You will be the first to get the link when it’s ready to launch.

In the meantime, please be generous. I’d like to hear from you in the next few days so we can plan on how and when we can complete the job.

Millions of Americans are waiting to see and hear real alternatives to politics-as-usual. We have the answers to their questions. We just need a “sign” that will attract them to our party. That bright billboard will be our new website. Please respond to this serious request: you will soon see how your investment of $20, $30, $40 or even $100 is helping the Constitution Party.
