An evaluation of thirty years of voting Republican had me realizing that every single vote without exception had been betrayed. While I believed in much of the Republican platform, the Republicans who were elected only used it to get my vote and then they put it back on the shelf until the next election. They don’t live or operate by their own platfom.

I realized that the Republicans and the Democrats are really pushing the same agenda of collectivist government and less freedom Many of the Roe vs. Wade type decisions in the courts were decided with majorities of Republican appointed judges.

While Republicans called their opponents the "Party of Big Spenders",or "Tax and Spend Liberals", it was actually the Republicans who grew the deficits and the national debt the most.

Democrat or Republican- both parties are run by people who go to Washington and the state houses to make more laws for us to follow. Every move they make costs us more money and more liberty. Every move they make forges another link in the chains around us. The Constitution Party is the party of freedom pledging to bring our government back to the United States Constitution. Government should be chained by the people and this document guarantees citizens will not be chained by tyrants in government.
