Organizational Structure of a State Party – Constitution and By-laws, Officer and Candidate Vetting.  The structure of the state party constitution and by-laws is essential towards ensuring the creation of a successful state party.  Learn how to vet party officers and candidates.

Conducting a First Meeting – Turning on the Constitution Party Charm.  How to conduct a first  meeting — okay, they have shown up to hear about  the Constitution Party.  What you need to say to show why the Constitution Party is a viable option and why they should join.

Simple and Effective Communication Systems.   Tips on telephones, how to use email, websites, and other aspects of communication in our electronic age.

The State Legislature ConnectionConnecting to your state legislature- setting up contacts, how to communicate with them, how to solicit volunteer involvement, how to set up a training session for teaching your members how to understand the processes and procedures of legislation.

How to Create a Local Speaker’s BureauWhat is a Speaker’s Bureau?  How to find and judge speakers as well as putting a list together to begin a local speakers’ bureau.

Newsletters and More…  How to set up a newsletter to communicate within your state as well as how to use the national party’s newsletter, videos, podcasts, and website to engage your members in what is going on locally and nationally.

Ballot Access and Signature Gathering.  With ballot access for 2014 and 2016 upon us, knowing effective ways to collect signatures is a vital part of a campaign.

Campaign Management.  A member of the Constitution Party, Bill Way trained under Newt Gingrich on how to build and manage a campaign.  This is a two hour in depth  presentation.  Bill is committed to helping states that  ask for his help in relation to campaigns.
