Every four years the membership of the Constitution Party comes together to fellowship, conduct Party business and select the Party’s Presidential and Vice-Presidential candidates. This April 29th-May2nd, the 2020 convention will take place at the Hilton Union Station Hotel in downtown St. Louis, Missouri. This hotel is an historic landmark and fantastic venue. It is a perfect setting for this event.

So, plan to attend the convention, by registering now and contacting your state chairman to find out how you can participate. Register before March 15th to benefit from the Early Bird pricing. It’s easy! (See #5 below)

1. Who can attend the National Nominating Convention?
Answer: Anyone can attend the convention but there are two types of attendees.
Delegates: People who, according to the By-laws of their state, are selected as representatives to serve
on one or more convention committees and to vote on the business brought forth at the
convention.
Non-Delegates (Guests): People who attend the convention but have no voting or committee responsibilities.
While they cannot serve on the committees, they may attend the committee meetings.
The Registration Fee is the same for both types of attendees.
2. What exactly is the National Nominating Convention?
Answer: Once every 4 years, the Constitution Party selects their nominee for President and Vice President of the United States,
reviews/modifies the Party Platform and encourages each other in a like-minded environment with speakers and presentations.
After the conclusion of the Convention, the National Committee made up of National Committee Members from each state hold
the National Party elections for Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Regional Chairmen.
3. When and Where is the National Nominating Convention being held for 2020?
Answer: Wednesday, April 29 – May 2, 2020 at the Hilton Union Station Hotel in downtown St. Louis, Missouri.

5. How Do I Register)
Answers: If you plan to print the registration form, fill it out and then call in your credit card info or mail a check Click here

6. How much does it cost to register for the Convention?
Answer: If you register prior to March 15th the price is $300 a person EARLY BIRD PRICE
If you register after March 15th the price goes to $350
Children and Students through high school rate is $280**
**Only children who have meal tickets will be allowed in the meal areas
National Committee dues need to be paid for 2020 prior to the National Committee Meeting on Saturday
7. What meals are covered by the Registration Fee?
Answer: Because of the expense of hotel food, Friday and Saturday lunch and dinner are the only meals covered by the
registration fee. You are on your own for all other meals
8. Are there restaurants around the hotel?
Answer: There are reasonable restaurant options in and very close to the hotel.

9. What hotel room options are available and what will they cost?
Answer: The room rate of $147 plus tax equals 174.83 a night and the rate is good for 2 days before through 2 days after the event
Up to three people per room so if you share with another person it is $85.26 a night or for 3 people it is only $56.84 a night
HOTEL IMPORTANT: If you don’t use the CP Rate when making your reservation, your room will not
Count toward our required numbers. Using Hilton Points will not count either.
Our room count allows us to get our meeting space for free. Otherwise the
meeting space is extremely expensive. Please use the CP rate of $147.
10. How do I make Hotel Reservations?

11. Guest Arrival and Departure
Answer: Hotel check-in is 4:00 pm but if rooms are ready, they will check you in earlier. If not, they will store your luggage
A Noon check out on Saturday and Sunday will be honored. Carpooling to St. Lois or from the airport is highly recommended.
There is no airport shuttle. But, here is information from the internet to help you out getting to and from the airport.

If you are driving in
· Overnight self-parking $18 (discounted) per day
· Overnight valet-parking $30

12. What is the State Delegation Fee?
Answer: To seat a delegation from your state, the state must pay a $100 state delegation fee. This allows the delegates
from that state to participate as delegates. If the fee is not paid, the delegation has no vote.

14. When during the convention is the CP Presidential Candidate Debate? Is it included in my registration?
Answer: Wednesday, April 29th at 8:00 pm which is prior to the opening of the convention
15. Will there be WIFI in the hotel room? Will there be WIFI in the meeting space?
Answer: There will be complimentary WIFI in the hotel rooms
If you want WIFI in the meeting space, it will cost $12 a day (be sure to mark it on your registration form)
